u need a fast computer,
then u need a very fast internet connection
20 mbps or something

then if ur on a router
remember to open all important ports
so people can connect easily

dude u need a very good non bended ethernet connection i used to think it was my internet provider but it was the simple cord

its either a either net cord that might be twist ed on the inside or if you have wireless, maybe there is alot of stuff in the way from you and your router. or if u have a crappy router then getting a new one would fix that. the best is linksys. which is like 60-80 bucks

try buying a wireless router that supports online gameplay…
dont get routers that say "G" on it, its not going to give you as much power as you want it to. you may want to go with a "N" version or a "N2" version that supports enhanced online play
