Now, do a search for the IP address using this link: http://www.apnic.net/ (Note that this url is specific for searching IP addresses based in Asia and the Pacific region. If the server is located in another country, you’ll need to search from a different site).
If all goes to plan, you should see the company listed within the search results.

First you can ping the website and it will give you an ip address which you can search it on whois.org. It will give you the company name and location or may have contact person.
I think better to block the Ip address from your firewall to stop scammed you.
